In the statue (located on Bill Clinton Boulevard) he is holding documents dated March 24, 1999 - the day NATO began airstrikes
Recently Radio Free Europe published an article titled "Word in the Street is that Kosovo has Love Affair with Americans," which has additional landmarks of interest. (I am also including pics of the Hillary dress shop and the Liberty Hotel that has the Statue of Liberty on its roof.)
